Measure offline engagement

QR code analytics for clearer campaign decisions

QR code analytics show when and how managed links are scanned, separate human activity from automated traffic, and support exports within plan limits.

Feature overview

What are QR code analytics?

QR code analytics summarize activity recorded when a dynamic aQRify short link is opened. The dashboard turns scan events into totals, daily trends, device and browser breakdowns, country signals, referrers, and recent activity.

Printed campaigns are otherwise difficult to compare. Analytics make it possible to see whether a placement is being used and how engagement changes over time.

Practical examples

  • Compare scans before and after an event
  • See whether a menu is opened mainly on mobile
  • Identify which referrer or campaign placement drives activity

How it works

A clear path from setup to use

  1. 1

    Create a dynamic QR

Analytics require a managed link that can record the redirect event.

  2. 2

    Distribute and scan

Place the code, then allow real usage to build an activity history.

  3. 3

    Choose a reporting range

Focus the dashboard on a useful period within the plan retention window.

  4. 4

    Interpret and export

Compare totals and breakdowns, then export CSV or PDF when the plan allows.

Frequently asked questions

Helpful answers before you begin

Which QR codes have analytics?

Dynamic QR codes use the tracked redirect service. Direct static payloads do not provide scan analytics.

What does a human scan mean?

It is a redirect event not identified as an automated bot or link scanner by the request context.

How is a daily unique scan estimated?

aQRify uses a rotating anonymous visitor hash scoped to the QR code and UTC date instead of claiming a permanent person-level identity.

Why is a country sometimes Unknown?

Local development traffic and requests without trusted country headers do not provide a reliable country code.

How long is analytics history retained?

The trial retains 14 days, Starter 90 days, and Professional one year under the current plan catalog.

Can I export analytics?

Starter and Professional plans include CSV and PDF exports. The trial presents analytics in the dashboard without exports.

Are scan counts updated immediately?

The redirect records activity as it sends the scanner onward, and the dashboard reflects the stored events when loaded.

Turn scans into practical campaign context

Create a dynamic QR code, distribute it, and review privacy-conscious activity in the dashboard.
